Kat Lawlis

Artist & Art Educator

Burlington, VT

Kat has 14 years of experience as an art educator in youth and adult programs. She has exhibited her ceramics, paintings, and prints in galleries & non-profits and has installed murals in homes, businesses, and exterior spaces.

Her artworks are composed of mantras, illustrations of natural objects, hand made patterns, and bold bright abstracts to inspire joy & to empower others.

Kat was raised in Charlotte, Vermont. She received her BFA in Painting at Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, RI and her Masters in Teaching at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR.  

She is currently the Adult Program Director at Davis Studio in South Burlington, VT.
